This is a smaller extension, but with the addition of a full width bi-fold door it makes the space feel bigger than it actually is.

Outside the side window and bi-fold both have a modern looking dark grey PVCu, whilst inside the white frames compliment the smaller space.

To further add to the feeling of space, there are two opening roof windows to finish off the extension.

We added a really useful new extension to this property in Ravenshead. The extension has a tiled roof and brickwork that matches the property perfectly.

Alongside the extension we also fitted a new bi-fold door and full height window to the newly refurbished kitchen. The frames were in Rosewood on the outside, to match the rest of the house, and white on the inside.

This new extension was a pleasure to build, creating a beautiful new open plan space for the house. We installed a huge aluminium profile bi-fold door and were asked to split the new space up to create a downstairs utility room and toilet. The resulting extension is flooded with natural light on account of the large atrium roof (or lantern roof), which along with the bi-fold makes the new room light and liveable.

The interior finishing and furnishing is so eye catching and inviting.

House Extension in Nottingham

This was a really interesting garage conversion in West Bridgford, Nottingham. The garage was a single car one, and also had a different floor level to the main house. As a result we needed to raise the garage floor, so it was on a level. Finally to ensure that the conversion had both light and ceiling height we installed Velux windows and a pitched, tiled roof to match the house. The customer finished off the conversion with joinery from a local carpenter, adding fitted wardrobes and solid wood doors.

We think the finished job looks stunning!

For this project we extending the whole back of the property, creating a much larger lounge area and also a new dining room. The dining room also has the ability to convert to a downstairs bedroom at a later date, effectively ‘future proofing’ the house.

The extension features a large bi-fold door, opening up the back of the property onto the garden. The extension also has 2 opening skylights bringing even more natural light into the room, during the winter months. Both the new lounge extension and the extra room both benefit from contemporary floor to ceiling radiators, keeping both spaces nice a warm in the winter.

Throughout the rest of the beautiful property we also designed and fitted new doors (including a 2 colour composite front door) and windows both upstairs and down.
