It does not matter how well made a window is if it is not fitted correctly. With our full-time installation teams and specialist Installation Director, we can assure our customers that the installation will be to the highest standard.
Equipped with a vast range of additional products in their vans, such as trims and architraves, our dedicated team are focused on making the installation look as neat as possible. We sell the highest quality products and can promise our customers they get the highest quality tradespeople for the install.
AFTER SALES
Our quick and simple processes to deal with any fault no matter the size, mean an answer to your problem quickly and efficiently. You don’t have to wait around explaining yourself to multiple departments. We will discuss with you when the most convenient time for you when booking our engineer to make a site visit. We make sure that our engineers have the customers’ contact details to confirm the perfect time for the visit.
If there is an urgent issue, we will arrange a visit on the same day. We have a dedicated 24hr back-up service.
